Houston Fiber Sales Jobs – Outside Sales Representative

Ezee Direct is hiring motivated independent sales representatives for residential fiber internet sales opportunities throughout the Houston, Texas area.

COMPENSATION

Earn approximately $200–$400 commission per completed qualifying fiber internet sale, depending on the applicable product, plan, promotion, and compensation structure.

Example gross commission potential based solely on completed sales:

• 5 completed sales per week: approximately $1,000–$2,000
• 10 completed sales per week: approximately $2,000–$4,000
• 15 completed sales per week: approximately $3,000–$6,000

These examples illustrate potential commissions and are not guaranteed earnings. Actual income depends on individual sales performance, completed qualifying orders, available products, territory, cancellations, installation requirements, and the applicable commission plan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Sell high-speed fiber internet service to residential customers
• Conduct face-to-face and door-to-door sales in Houston-area neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about their current internet service, speeds and pricing
• Explain available fiber internet plans and promotions
• Help interested customers select an appropriate internet plan
• Submit accurate customer orders
• Follow customers through the installation process
• Develop your assigned Houston sales territory

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable speaking directly with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Ability to work productive residential sales hours
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Experience in fiber internet, telecommunications, door-to-door sales, outside sales, solar, roofing, pest control, home security, wireless or other direct-sales industries is a plus.

Houston, Texas and surrounding Houston-area residential territories.
